We offer office and video sessions, and telephone consultations (which can be as brief or as long as needed).
Fees:
$215 per session

$100 per half-hour for report writing (sometimes needed for court cases)

Payment
Cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, and Apple Pay are accepted forms of payment.
Insurance
We accept Medicare, Tri-West, and various private insurance. Check with your insurance provider to see if either Dr. House or Dr. Sadeghi is in-network with them.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a $100 late cancellation/no-show fee.
